    Write a prompt describing the business or system process

    Use the structure below for good results:

    • List the actors such as organizations and roles involved. Organizations will be shown as horizontal pools (e.g. Company, Department, Organization) and roles will shown as lanes within pools (e.g. Customer, Sales Rep, Inventory System).
    • Describe the interactions between actors as a sequence of messages. For each step, specify who sends what to whom.
    • Include groupings or phases if helpful (e.g. Onboarding, Fulfillment).

    Each actor will appear as a column, and arrows (messages) will show how work passes between them.
