The problem? While diagrams help bridge the gap between developers and non-technical stakeholders, creating them was a long and tedious process for Zencore’s internal teams. The legacy diagramming tools within each team’s stack required manual drawing and delivered outputs that were difficult to modify for each client’s proposal.
