Can I use Eraser for free?+
Yes. The Free plan is for individuals and small teams who are getting started on Eraser. Free plan teams can create up to 3 files and generate AI diagrams to try it out.
What is a file?+
A file consists of a single infinite canvas and a note editor.
Who are members?+
Members of a team have full edit access to all of the files that belong to a team. Each member is charged on the paid plans.
Who are guests?+
Guests can edit and comment only on specific files that they have been invited to. All plans allow for unlimited free guests.
How do AI diagrams work?+
AI diagrams are created from a given prompt. They can be edited either manually using diagram-as-code or through AI edits.
What are private files?+
Private files are for work that should not be open to all team members. Only users that have been invited can access the file.
